Aiming to empower the community people through disseminating information on legal provision and rights, GYC has facilitated paralegal training for the community members including the VDC officials at Baglung in cooperation with Nepal Bar Association, Appellate Court Bar Unit Baglung. 65 have participated the training.  

Similarly, GYC has facilitated community education classes in support of Save the Children (UK) at Lekhani in 1998. Likewise, community education class and parents' education classes were organized and faclitated by the organization in collaborative effort with Save the Children Fund UK and NGOCC Baglung at Lekhani and Bihun VDC respectively.
