GYC is proud to assert that mobilization of youths for social transformation is one of the strengths of this organization. Since its establishment, GYC has been continuing different programs for youth mobilization. Sports and cultural program are some of the areas for youth mobilization.  

In the year of its establishment, GYC has organized volleyball and folk-song competition to establish harmonious relation between youths. Similarly, it has organized inter-VDC volleyball and folk song competition on the occasion of Visit Nepal Year (VNY) 1998.  

Likewise, on the occasion of Buddha Jayanti 1998, GYC organized cultural program at Lekhaani VDC. Inter-club running trophy volleyball and folk-song competition; that helped GYC to widen its identity, and unite the rural youths for development of sports and cultural promotion.
