GYC has been facilitating the program on Quality Education in alliance with Save the Children for increasing access of the children in basic education. Construction of school building, boundary wall of the school, management of pure drinking school, construction of school latrine, free and obligatory education, preparation and distribution of the sports materials, repair and maintenance of the school rooms are some of the programs carried out under the program. Likewise, GYC has been facilitating migration management of the children, declaration of children-friendly school and community and scholarship program for children under this quality education program.  

The program is intended for upgrading the quality of school education. The primary-level school-age children are the focused groups of this program. GYC has been assisting in capacity enhancement training for school teachers, members of school management committee and the members of child chubs. 

  The program has been implemented in Damek, Binaamaare, Painun Thanthaap, Raankhaani, Kusmisheraa, Resha, Lekhaani, Bihun, Sigaanaa, Hatiyaa, Harichaur, Amarbhui, Dudilaabhaati, Burtibaang, Gwaalichaur, Bhimgithe, Dagaatundaandaa, Jaljalaa, Raajkut, Darling, Devisthaan, Knungaa, Adhikaarichaur and Bobaang VDCs of Baglung District at 2010.
